BIOL1320 - The Microbial World with Lab

BIOL 1320 (BIOL 2320) The Microbial World with Lab (3 semester hours) Contributions of microorganisms to our world are explored. Topics include the involvement of microbes in many aspects of our daily lives, from helping to create the air we breathe to the production of foods (such as bread, cheese) and beverages (beer, wine).
