REAL 6323 (FIN 6323) Real Estate Market Analysis and Investment (3 semester credit hours) This course provides insight into market analysis and research including local and economic base analysis with case studies on specific commercial investment property types. REAL 6326 (FIN 6326) Advanced Real Estate Law Practices (3 semester credit hours) Learn the essential legal aspects of each phase of a real estate transaction to manage risks with foundational understanding of contracts, property rights, the legal system and how it operates. Students have an opportunity to enhance critical thinking and analytical skills through practical application of real estate cases which include legal conflicts, general legal sources and relevance to real property.
