FIN 6323 (REAL 6323) Real Estate Market Analysis and Investments (3 semester credit hours) Real estate market analysis is critically important for making sound investment decisions and assessing the future potential. This course offers students an abundance of experiential learning opportunities by conducting hands-on market research on real-world investments to gain an understanding of the specific metrics for underwriting both residential and commercial real estate. Learn how to conduct market research on CoStar and many other valuable resources.
