OPRE 6348 Advanced Agile Project Management (3 semester credit hours) This course examines an overview of the philosophy and practice of agile project management approaches using Scrum framework as a main teaching method. While exploring other methodologies such as Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks. Main topics include implementing key agile project management concepts such as road mapping, release planning, product backlog & sprint planning, user story estimation, tracking team progress, sprint retrospectives, and sprint review.
