OPRE 6347 Advanced Project Evaluation and Execution (3 semester credit hours) This course provides an overview of the project management evaluation and monitoring process with specific emphasis on project monitoring and controlling, performing integrated change control. Additionally, key project aspects are explored in depth such as schedule, cost, quality, and risk evaluation and execution.
