OB6357 - Team Behavior and Dynamics

OB 6357 Team Behavior and Dynamics (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. This course will address the topic of teams both in the traditional sense and as teams in the current environment. Students will explore the process of "teaming" which includes how to collaborate and learn quickly as a group. Research about the effective practices for establishing a team as well as team effectiveness will be discussed. The subject of how teams learn in a complex and rapidly changing environment will be studied in depth. This course will examine how team leadership is changing in many organizations. Students will investigate concepts to help them understand teams within their own context. (3-0) Y
