MKT6387 - Managing Global Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
MKT 6387 Managing Global Partnerships and Strategic Alliances (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education course. In this course, students will gain a better understanding of the strategic purpose and value of partnerships and alliances, including joint ventures. They will also gain the tools to plan, implement and manage to create long-term value for their organization. The course will cover designing effective alliances, and frameworks for partner selection, alliance implementation, development of HR including local recruiting and training, development of local supply chain, and management of such alliances. Recommended prerequisite: IMS 6354 Global Marketing. (3-0) Y
