MKT 6374 eCommerce and Marketing Automation (3 semester credit hours) Provides strategic and hands-on experience in ecommerce and marketing automation. Topics include best practices in ecommerce design, funnels, and conversion optimization. Uses Artificial Intelligence for content creation. Concepts such as merchandising, pricing, content management, and split A/B page testing introduced. Hands-on experience acquired by working in teams to create two fully transactional ecommerce websites using two major platforms: WordPress and a popular shopping cart (e.g., Shopify). Also created will be a HubSpot website, pages, forms, and email/text automation campaigns, No programming knowledge or experience is needed. (3-0) Y
