COMD 7V56 Bilingual Speech-Language Assessment and Intervention (1-3 semester credit hours) This course will provide an overview of bilingual language development, assessment procedures, and intervention strategies with bilingual children. Topics include typical and atypical patterns of dual language acquisition, acculturation, bilingual education models, and differentiating between language differences and language disorders.
