ARTS 3386 Photography: Professional Practice (3 semester credit hours) This course introduces students to a variety of professional applications of photography and related fields through hands-on practice, workshops, demonstrations, and portfolio development. Emphasis will be placed on technical aspects of photography such as studio and location lighting techniques and editing workflow. Portfolio development will focus on branding, product, architecture, and portrait photography, as well as evolving technologies. May be repeated for credit (6 semester credit hours maximum). Prerequisite: ARTS 1316 or ARTS 2316 or ARTS 2348 or ARTS 2350 or ARTS 2380 or ARTS 2381 or ATCM 2301 or ATCM 2302 or ATCM 2350 or instructor consent required. (3-0) R
