MATH3397 - Mathematical Problem Solving
MATH 3397 Mathematical Problem Solving (3 semester credit hours) Problem solving techniques including graphs, combinatorial techniques, induction, number theory, geometry and symmetry and heuristics. Students will learn to maintain good control of the problem-solving process, and will gain proficiency in presenting solutions in both oral and written form.
