IMS 4340 Managing Global Teams (3 semester credit hours) This course focuses on practical strategies and tactics for managing global teams. This course aims to develop the intercultural competence and communication skills required when managing global teams. Students have opportunities to understand cross-cultural team dynamics and acquire skills needed to communicate, resolve conflict, give feedback, and manage performance within global teams.
