OPRE 4362 Supply Chain Strategy (3 semester credit hours) Students will evaluate and select appropriate supply chain strategies for different business situations. The course will discuss improvements in plan, source, make, delivery, customer service, and new product development capabilities to meet strategic and financial goals in demand-driven value networks. Case studies will cover recent trends in supply chain strategy and key competencies required to be successful in a global marketplace. Prerequisites: OPRE 3310 and OPRE 3320. (3-0) Y
