BIOL3351 - Medical Cell Biology

BIOL 3351 Medical Cell Biology (3 semester credit hours) Explores topics in cell biology and medicine. Topics include cellular organization, structure and inheritance of DNA, gene therapy, stem cells, regenerative medicine, cell to cell signaling, the functioning of different types of cells and tissues, including those of the immune and endocrine system, and the study of several genetic diseases, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.
