Collaborating with mentors, teams create value propositions through various stages of business plan development during the semester. Fine-tuning value propositions for - customers, end-users, value-chain partners, estimating market size, competitive strategy, business models, revenue potential, assessing operations issues, cost models, developing a go-to-market and sales plan, and creating a financial plan with ROI and breakeven analysis.
