PA 7330 Research Design in Public Affairs (3 semester credit hours) Introduces students to research design and applied research techniques used in the analysis of intra-organizational and extra-organizational settings. Covers the fundamentals of scientific inquiry, experimental designs, quasi-experimental designs, survey research, and measurement. Students explore how to evaluate the validity of research in public management and policy, and complete their own original research project. (3-0) Y
