OB 6347 Performance Management Systems (3 semester hours) A systematic approach is taken to show how performance management adds value to the organization. Emphasis is on the manager-employee communication process involved in establishing clear expectations and understanding about the job. Job functions, the role of the job in reaching organizational goals, performance appraisal techniques and uses, and performance improvement issues are addressed.
