ACCT 6341 Planning, Control and Performance Evaluation (3 semester hours) The application of management accounting for planning, control and performance evaluation is studied for various business situations. Topics include planning, budgeting, performance evaluation, centers of responsibility, modern control methods, management compensation, and transfer pricing.
