PPOL 4323 Legal Aspects of Cyber Security (3 semester credit hours) An exploration of the ways that regulation of cybersecurity fits within large policy regulation theories. As background, we explore how rapid change in technology interacts with the much slower pace of change in the law to better understand the role of government in regulating cyber security. We also engage regulations around requirements for the reporting of criminal cyber activity to law enforcement. (3-0) Y
