MECO 4352 Statistical Data Science for Business Decisions (3 semester credit hours) Provides hands-on training in statistical data-science methods for analyzing business and economic data. Build and interpret quantitative models using cross-sectional datasets, with an emphasis on understanding relationships in data and supporting real-world business decisions. Key topics include linear regression, causal interpretation of observational data, and an introduction to instrumental variables concepts.
