MECH 3310 Thermodynamics (3 semester credit hours) Focuses on fundamental concepts and definitions of thermodynamics: energy and the first law of thermodynamics; evaluating properties and the ideal gas model; control volume analysis using energy; entropy and the second law of thermodynamics; refrigeration and power systems.
