ENTP 4398 Venture Capital Seed Fund (3 semester credit hours) Evaluate current early-stage, real-world technology startups. Due diligence, financial modeling, market research, customer interviews, and validation of business assumptions. Support active deal flow ($50,000 to $100,000 deal range), develop investment memos, and deliver recommendations for partnering VC firms. Assess risk, opportunity, and founder readiness. May substitute for BPS 4395 for students with an Innovation and Entrepreneurship concentration, minor, or certificate. Prerequisites: Junior or Senior standing and instructor consent required. (3-0) Y
