BA1105 - Professional Development
BA 1105 Professional Development (1 semester credit hour) Addresses business communication and professionalism, while promoting the use of professional communication, which aids in career success. Supports the development of professionalism to aid them in internships, campus leadership, and community engagement. Particular professional development communication skills include understanding and using appropriate communication tools and channels; effectively integrating research and data into presentations and reports; creating effective professional documents; and networking and professional presence. Required for all first-time in college freshman students in their first year majoring in Naveen Jindal School of Management. Credit cannot be received for both courses, BA 1105 and BA 3105.
