ATCM 3342 Design Operations (3 semester credit hours) Exposes students to the area of Design Operations, which includes growing and evolving design teams, designing and managing workflows, and improving design outputs. Shows best practices for team structures, composition, role definitions, rituals, communication, and hiring and onboarding team members. Focuses on how to get work done through mastery of project management skills, asset management, and risk/reward analysis. Includes learning how to measure the impact of design team outputs, how to apply design standards, how to create value definition, and the value of playbooks. (3-0) R
