PSY 4377 Conflict Resolution (3 semester credit hours) Examines theory, research and practice of negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. Topics include origins of aggression and conflict, techniques of negotiation, and methods of conflict resolution. Includes 40 hours of required Texas Mediator training.
