PSY 4370 Industrial and Organizational Psychology (3 semester credit hours) Provides an in-depth exploration of the psychological principles and research that shape workplace behavior and organizational effectiveness. Examines how psychological methods can be applied to optimize recruitment, personal selection, employee training, and development. Additional topics include leadership styles, motivation, team dynamics, performance evaluation, and job satisfaction. Integrating theory with real-world applications will provide insights into improving organizational health and individual well-being. Prerequisite: PSY 2301. (3-0) R
