OPRE 4395 Capstone Senior Project - Supply Chain Management (3 semester credit hours) Combines theory with hands-on experience through actual business project. Work in teams as consultants on projects of local supply chain companies. Identify problem, design solutions, analyze data, and develop actionable strategies. Deliverables include reports documenting each step of the process and a final project report with recommendations, which the team will present to the company. Provides a unique opportunity to collaborate in a team environment, interact with industry leaders, and gain valuable industry-specific knowledge.
