MKT 3336 Retail Marketing (3 semester credit hours) This course examines a number of aspects of retail marketing, including multichannel retailing, consumer buying behavior, store location and layout considerations, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and customer relationship marketing. In addition, students will study the expansion of e-commerce and mobile marketing, and the use of technology in retailing.
