MILS1111 - Military Physical Conditioning

MILS 1111 Military Physical Conditioning (1 semester credit hour) Designed to emphasize the Army components of physical fitness, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Oriented to Army programs, planning, and training methodologies focused on functional fitness. An essential objective for each student is to achieve a minimum score on the Army Fitness test for record. May be repeated for credit (8 semester credit hours maximum). (0-1) S
