BIOL 2V81 Course-based Undergraduate Research Experience in Biology (2-3 semester credit hours) An authentic research experience within the context of a teaching lab; Experiment design, documentation, and presentation; Bioinformatics, basic cellular biology, structure and function of proteins and nucleic acids, microscopy, microbial techniques, gel electrophoresis, PCR, and bacterial transformation.
