OB 6379 Evaluating Culture in Organizations to Improve the Employee Value Proposition (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. This course prepares students to evaluate culture using data analytics and business intelligence dashboards. Using a custom-built case, students will analyze, diagnose, and prepare recommendations for changes that will improve the company's employee value proposition. Employee journey mapping techniques are explored and used to map a current and proposed state for improving the employee experience. Additionally, students will learn to use systems thinking to produce proposals for human capital changes. (3-0) Y
