OB 6378 Appraising a Business Enterprise (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. This course analyzes the procedure of appraising a business enterprise to determine financial health, product & service offerings, market differentiation, and growth strategies. The process of examining value chains and viewing businesses as systems, as well as methods to identify gaps and recommend solutions for an individual's functional area are also explored.
