OB 6371 Theory and Practice of Organizational Consulting (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. This course explores the theories, frameworks, and applications of organizational consulting interventions. Topics include organizational structure and culture, change management, workflow and job design, employee engagement, selection and on-boarding, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, high performance teams, and individual development and coaching. This course is offered in an online format only. At the discretion of the professor, exams of fully online courses may use proctoring software that requires a webcam scan of the testing area and the recording of all activity during the exam. (3-0) Y
