COMD6101 - Childhood Apraxia of Speech
COMD 6101 Childhood Apraxia of Speech (1 semester credit hour) Current research topics in the assessment and management of children of all ages with childhood apraxia of speech. Includes recent developments in prosody, oral motor therapy, profiling characteristics, articulatory error consistency, augmentative communication, integral stimulation intervention, and diagnostic criteria. This course is offered in an online format only. At the discretion of the professor, exams of fully online courses may use proctoring software that requires a webcam scan of the testing area and the recording of all activity during the exam.
