OPRE 6384 Global Project Management Functions and Performance Measurement (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. This course bridges the traditional project management methods of scope, time, and cost with the next generation of project management techniques for project controls, quantitative methods, and performance measurement. This course walks through the project management framework that is set forth by the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, it will also teach the advanced techniques of project management, e.g., Quantitative Methods, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, Conflict Resolution, Capital Budgeting, Break-even Analysis, and the Earned Value method.
