DBUA 7416 Advanced Research Methods II (4 semester credit hours) The focus of this course is on empirical techniques for data analysis. The use of econometric models for analyzing business data will be covered. The course will also cover the application of data analysis techniques for causal analytics. It will cover the design of experiments in various forms like randomized control trials, quasi-experiments, and natural experiments. In addition, methods that aid in causal interpretation, e.g., matching methods like propensity score methods and Instrument variables, and their applications will be introduced.
