CE 6310 (EEDG 6310) Hardware Security (3 semester credit hours) Theory of cryptography for security, an overview of both classical and emerging attack methods and methodologies and possible defenses against them with respect to silicon-on-chip security, side-channel attacks, hardware trojans, physically unclonable functions, IC counterfeit protection, and hardware-based malware detection.
