OB 6373 Organizational Consulting: Theory and Practice of System-Wide Interventions (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. Explores the theories, frameworks, and applications of organizational consulting interventions at the organizational level. Topics include organizational frameworks, organizational design, job design, process and work flow design, workforce analytics and planning, organizational culture, and change management.
