BMEN 6203 (BMEN 7203) Research Skills for Biomedical Engineers MS (2 semester credit hours) This course will introduce students to the research skills necessary for a successful graduate research career. Students will go through the process of planning and conducting a hands-on research project that can serve as the basis of a manuscript submission. Through this process students will learn research design terminology, steps in the research process, how to conduct systematic literature reviews, articulate clear research questions, testable hypotheses, and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of published articles.
