IMS 6252 International Business Management (2 semester credit hours) Considers the role of general managers (CEO and country/regional managers) in multi-national companies and the working relationship of subsidiary and home offices in such companies. Topics include business strategies, control/cooperative systems, the dynamics of addressing local and global concerns, and knowledge transfer.
