HCS 6374 (ACN 6374) Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring II (3 semester credit hours) The use of recordings of neuro-electric brain potentials and their interpretation for diagnostic purposes and for intraoperative monitoring. The use of electrophysiological methods for managing implantation of stimulating electrodes deep in the brain and for guiding the surgeon in certain operations is also described.
