BIOL6V28 - DNA Replication, Recombination, and Repair
BIOL 6V28 DNA Replication, Recombination, and Repair (2-3 semester credit hours) Focuses on central aspects of DNA enzymology and metabolism. The mechanisms of DNA replication, recombination, and repair are fundamental to understanding many principles of molecular biology, genetics, molecular medicine, and evolution. This course is mechanistically oriented and will provide a strong working knowledge of these processes through an extensive overview, which includes discussions of some of the most recent publications on these topics.
