VPAS 6361 Global Cinema (3 semester credit hours) The class explores current or historic trends in Global Cinema. Topics may include the possibilities of studying alternative cartographies and epistemologies in Global Cinema, contemporary spectatorship as interconnected global film cultures, the study of national cinemas as part of Global Cinema and/or the relation of Global Cinema to the world.
