OB6393 - Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Behavior and Development

OB 6393 Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Behavior and Development (3 semester credit hours) Executive Education Course. The application and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in organizational behavior and development are examined. Topic domains include AI fundamentals and basic AI literacy; generative and predictive AI model design and use in organizations spanning individual, team, and organization levels; AI's use in organizational strategy; and AI's responsible and ethical use in organizations using novel governance and risk mitigation approaches. Development of practical skills by using prompt engineering, generative AI in course assignments, and other methods that extend beyond the classroom are provided. The course is non-technical and does not require specialized computer science knowledge or skills. (3-0) R
