BMEN 7340 Experimental Methods and Statistical Analysis (3 semester credit hours) Covers experimental study designs and observational study designs; exploratory data analysis, univariance and bivariance analysis, assess data quality, the treatment of outliers; selection of and performance of inference statistical analyses, after verifying the assumptions behind statistical analyses; nonparametric bootstrap statistic analysis for small sample size; and comparison of alternative models and interpretation of results with evidence-based approach.
