NOTES:
1 Incoming freshmen must enroll and complete requirements of UNIV 1010 and the corresponding school-related freshman seminar course. Students, including transfer students, who complete their core curriculum at UT Dallas must take UNIV 2020.
2 Curriculum Requirements can be fulfilled by other approved courses from accredited institutions of higher education. The courses listed are recommended as the most efficient way to satisfy both Core Curriculum and Major Requirements at UT Dallas.
3 Students must complete ALEKS exam prior to enrolling in a 020 core course.
4 Lower-Level DANC Studio = any 1000 and 2000-level DANC studio course.
5 Free Elective = any lower or upper-level course.
6 Major Core = ARHM 3342 and AP 3340 and AP 3300.
7 Lower-Level DANC/MUSI/THEA Studio = any 1000 and 2000-level DANC, THEA, or MUSI studio course.
8 See advisor for V&PA History and Studio/Ensemble options (vary by semester).
9 DANC Studio = any 3000 or 4000-level DANC Studio Courses (must include DANC 3347 and either DANC 3345 or DANC 4317).
10 Related Course = any 3000 or 4000-level ARHM, CRWT, HUMA, ISAH, HIST, PHIL, LIT, RHET, or Languages.
11 V&PA Elective = any 3000 or 4000-level AHST, ARTS, COMM, DANC, DRAM, FILM, or MUSI course.
12 Upper-Level Elective = any 3000 or 4000-level course.
