FIN 7340 Topics in Theoretical Corporate Finance (3 semester credit hours) Empirical and theoretical analysis of corporate financial decision-making. Topics include the theory of the firm, initial public offerings, ownership and control, managerial incentives, risk management, and financing and investment decisions.
